Position Overview
- Quirk Auto Dealerships is currently seeking a motivated and experienced Sales Consultants to join our growing team.   This is an outstanding opportunity for an individual looking to build a rewarding career with a company that values hard work, customer satisfaction, and professional growth.

Key Required Proficiencies:
- Assist customers throughout the finance and vehicle purchasing process.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure an exceptional experience.
- Identify customer needs and present financing solutions that meet their goals.
- Effectively handle customer questions, concerns, and requests.
- Utilize strong communication and negotiation skills to help achieve sales and finance objectives.
- Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with dealership and lender requirements.
- Demonstrate resilience and the ability to recover quickly from challenges and setbacks.

- Strong negotiation and closing skills.
- Ability to recover quickly from setbacks
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal communication abilities.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including days, evenings, and weekends.

Qualifications:
- Successful completion of a background check, including but not limited to, a criminal record check, physical and drug screen and motor vehicle records check (if applicable to position).

Benefits:

Health, Dental/Vision, 401K, Long-Term Disability, Life Insurance and Critical Illness Insurance. Quirk will provide you with Basic Life Insurance and AD&D policy of $20,000 at no cost to you. All other benefits are optional and will be offered to you at a cost. 
Paid sick time after 90 days and vacation after 1 year

Pay: $65,000.00 - $100,000.00 a year
