Sales Consultants in Training need to be competitive, self-motivated, able to work independently, and customer service oriented. In this position, you will be servicing and selling wine to off-premise accounts in the Northern Virginia area. You will be representing many of the most recognized and successful products in the beverage industry!

Job Description:

Territory: Woodbridge, VA area

Sales Consultants in Training/Merchandisers are responsible for achieving sales objectives, territory management, selling current and new products, promotions, in-store tastings, and servicing accounts. This also includes merchandising activities such as shelf placement, maintaining cold boxes, building displays, and stocking inventories. Flexibility is the key to being a successful Sales Consultant in Training.

Job Requirements:

• 4-year BA/BS college degree or related industry experience (preferred)
• Prior sales experience (preferred)
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Goals and results-driven
• Must have reliable transportation and proof of insurance
• Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record
• Ability to pass a pre-employment background check and MVR
• Legally permitted to work in the United States

The expected pay range for this role is $20-$22/hour. Actual placement within range will be contingent upon several factors, including but not limited to the candidate's qualifications, education, experience, internal equity, union status (where applicable) and alignment with market data.
