Job Description

What You'll Be Doing:
- Answer inbound calls from small business owners, representing and promoting a wide range of Telstra products and services.
- Provide expert advice tailored to customer needs and lifestyles.
- Use effective communication skills to empathize with and understand customers.
- Confidently de-escalate any customer grievances.
- Be flexible with hours to ensure we’re there when our customers need us.
