As a Sales Consultant, PF at RHB Bank Berhad, you will be responsible for promoting and selling the bank's financial products and services to prospective and existing individual customers, focusing on personal finance solutions. You will build strong customer relationships, understand their financial needs, and provide tailored advice to help them achieve their financial goals.
Job Responsibilities:
Proactively identify and acquire new customers for RHB Bank Berhad's personal finance products, including but not limited to loans, credit cards, insurance, and investment products.
Manage and grow relationships with existing individual customers, cross-selling and up-selling relevant financial solutions based on their evolving needs.
Conduct thorough financial needs analysis for customers, offering personalized advice and recommendations.
Prepare and present product information clearly and concisely, explaining features, benefits, and terms to customers.
Process customer applications accurately and efficiently, ensuring compliance with all internal policies and regulatory requirements.
Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
Maintain a high level of product knowledge across all personal finance offerings and stay updated on market trends and competitor activities.
Provide excellent customer service, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and building long-term trust.
Collaborate effectively with internal teams, including credit, operations, and product development, to ensure seamless customer experience.
Participate in sales campaigns, roadshows, and other promotional activities to generate leads and increase brand awareness.
Job Qualifications:
Minimum of a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field.
Proven sales experience, preferably within the banking or financial services industry, with a track record of achieving sales targets.
Strong understanding of personal finance products and services.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
Ability to build rapport and establish strong relationships with customers.
Customer-centric approach with a passion for helping individuals achieve their financial aspirations.
Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Valid financial licenses or certifications (e.g., FIMM, PCE, CUTE) are an advantage.
