Job Summary:**
As a Sales Consultant, PF at RHB Bank Berhad, you will be responsible for promoting and selling the bank's Personal Financing products to prospective and existing customers, achieving sales targets, and providing excellent customer service.
Job Responsibilities:**
* Proactively identify, engage, and acquire new customers for Personal Financing products.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to foster loyalty and cross-selling opportunities.
* Conduct thorough financial needs analysis for customers and recommend suitable Personal Financing solutions.
* Explain product features, benefits, terms, and conditions clearly and accurately to customers.
* Prepare and process loan applications, ensuring all required documentation is complete and accurate.
* Collaborate with internal departments (e.g., credit, operations) to ensure smooth loan application and disbursement processes.
* Achieve individual sales targets and contribute to the overall team's sales objectives.
* Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and changes in product offerings.
* Adhere to all bank policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
* Provide exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly and professionally.
Job Qualifications:**
* Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field.
* Proven sales experience, preferably in the financial services industry, with a focus on personal financing or retail banking products.
* Strong understanding of personal financing products and services.
* Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
* Results-oriented with a strong drive to achieve sales targets.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
* Customer-centric mindset with a commitment to providing outstanding service.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
* A valid driver's license and own transportation may be required for certain roles.
