What You’ll Be Doing

As a Sales Consultant, you are responsible in achieving the company’s sales target by selling bikes and providing excellent service to our valued customers.

  • Deliver excellent customer service and maintain strong customer relationships
  • Develop strong product knowledge, including competitor offerings and market trends
  • Analyse market conditions, including pricing, promotions, and new model launches
  • Provide professional advice on financing and insurance options to customers
  • Ensure compliance with LTA procedures (e.g. bidding, retention, scrapping)
  • Execute the full sales process, including:
  • Customer engagement and needs assessment
  • Product recommendation and selection
  • Negotiation and closing
  • Delivery, follow-up, and prospecting
  • Accurate documentation
  • Uphold professionalism, integrity, and customer satisfaction at all times
  • Adhere to company policies and operating procedures

Who We’re Looking For 

  • Minimum O Level with at least 3 years of working experience in a relevant field
  • Must have a valid Class 2,2A, 2B driving licence
  • Strong sales flair and excellent interpersonal skills
  • Target driven with strong customer service skills
