Sales Compliance Executive

We are looking for a Sales Compliance Executive to join the Kaplan Languages Group (KLG).
You will support the Sales Compliance Manager in the day-to-day execution of compliance processes across the global sales network. You will be responsible for ensuring that agent onboarding, documentation, and sales activities are compliant with company policies, regulatory requirements, and internal standards.
This position plays a key operational role in monitoring compliance, maintaining accurate records, and supporting audits, while ensuring a seamless experience for internal stakeholders and external partners.

What you’ll bring to the role
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Law, or a related field.
Relevant experience in compliance, sales operations, customer service, or administration.
Experience in B2B, agent-based, or international environments is an advantage.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Good understanding of compliance principles and risk awareness.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
