Job Summary
Manage and administer sales compensation programs for a specific region/group. Ensure accurate and timely incentive payments, support inquiries, and analyze program effectiveness. Contribute to the design and improvement of compensation plans.
Key ResponsibilitiesSales Compensation Administration
Maintain and configure compensation systems.
Upload data and quotas into tools.
Create, track, and reconcile compensation plans and payments.
Validate monthly/quarterly payments and handle exceptions.
Reporting & Analytics
Generate regular reports for insights on program effectiveness.
Perform ad hoc analyses and modeling for complex issues.
Sales Operations Support
Address compensation-related inquiries and escalations.
Ensure timely resolution of issues.
Program Support & Compliance
Ensure compliance with SOX and statutory requirements.
Collaborate with HR, Finance, IT for data integrity.
Streamline and automate processes.
Assist in the communication and rollout of incentive programs.
Recommend improvements to compensation plans and related programs.
Qualifications
Advanced English to support global operations and will report to our director in the U.S;
Advanced excel;
Background with compensation, finance, and auditing will be a differential.
