The Role

Overview

Provides support to Global Rewards managers on a variety of programs and projects with primary focus on executive and/or sales compensation programs. Includes data collection and analysis, modeling, reconciliation, auditing, and research. May also support broad-based compensation programs as needed.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • With guidance, evaluate job roles and provide input on appropriate mapping/band/grade.
  • Provide support regarding recommendations for new hire and internal offer packages, including global market pricing.
  • Research and assess market prevalence and trends regarding compensation design as needed.
  • Participate in third party market compensation surveys.
  • Assist with the administration of the compensation planning processes including merit, bonus, and equity.
  • Support Rewards Managers and Leaders on preparing presentations and proposals.
  • Compile recurring reports and share with stakeholders.
  • May support quarterly sales incentive payouts and sales plan production and distribution process.
  • Provide analytical support regarding ad hoc research and other related compensation projects.
  • Support ad-hoc rewards projects as needed.

Minimum Education, Experience and Skills Required:

  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • 2 years of experience in Rewards function or comparable experience.
  • Executive, equity, or sales compensation experience preferred.
  • Significant knowledge of Excel.
  • Strong collaboration, communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Critical high-level attention to data integrity and accuracy.
  • Advanced skills related to data gathering and manipulation for business analysis.
  • Demonstration to problem solve and think outside-of-the-box / self-starter.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, communication skills.
  • Capable of managing multi-task assignments simultaneously.
  • Comfortable reading/writing internal business documents, policy statements, and process reviews.
  • Work is performed in an office or may be performed remotely.
  • Expected to work some overlap hours to overlap with US business day.
