Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and results-driven Sales Operations & Strategy Manager to join our fast-growing global team, with a focus on supporting the Emerging Enterprise Business. In this role, you will play a critical part in shaping the sales operations strategy, optimizing compensation structures, and driving operational efficiency across the organization to support revenue growth.
You will collaborate with senior sales leadership, finance, HR, and business operations teams to design, implement, and refine sales processes, compensation plans, and performance metrics that drive success within our enterprise segment. As a key partner in business strategy, you will also be involved in the broader strategic planning for expanding our emerging enterprise business globally.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Operations Excellence:
- Lead the operational processes that support the sales lifecycle for the emerging enterprise business, from lead generation and qualification to deal closure and post-sale support.
- Develop and refine sales forecasting, pipeline management, and performance tracking mechanisms to ensure accurate reporting and goal-setting.
- Implement and manage sales enablement tools and systems that improve sales team efficiency, effectiveness, and overall productivity.
Strategic Business Partnering:
- Collaborate with global sales leaders and business stakeholders to define go-to-market strategies and sales plans for emerging enterprise markets.
- Analyze sales performance data to identify trends, challenges, and opportunities; provide actionable insights that support decision-making.
- Drive operational strategies to improve sales effectiveness, streamline processes, and support scalable growth in new and emerging markets.
Sales Analytics & Reporting:
- Develop and maintain key performance metrics, dashboards, and reports to track sales performance and compensation outcomes.
- Lead ongoing analysis of sales data to identify opportunities for improving sales strategy and operational efficiency, including benchmarking compensation plans and sales performance against industry norms.
Compensation Strategy & Administration:
- Design, manage, and optimize global sales compensation plans for emerging enterprise sales teams, ensuring alignment with business goals, industry standards, and employee motivation.
- Work closely with Sales, Finance, and HR to develop and administer incentive programs that drive performance, retain top talent, and align with overall business objectives.
- Monitor and assess compensation plans regularly, recommending improvements or adjustments as needed to remain competitive and ensure pay-for-performance principles are upheld.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Operations, or related field (MBA or equivalent advanced degree preferred).
- 5+ years of experience in sales operations, sales strategy, or sales compensation, with a track record of supporting complex, fast-growing sales teams, preferably in the enterprise or SaaS sectors.
- Expertise in sales compensation design and administration, including incentive plan creation, performance measurement, and alignment with broader business goals.
- Strong proficiency with sales performance management tools, CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.), and compensation management software (Xactly, Anaplan, Captivate IQ, etc.)
- In-depth knowledge of sales processes, forecasting methodologies, and performance tracking frameworks.
- Strong analytical skills and experience with data analysis, reporting, and business intelligence tools (Excel, Tableau, etc.) to drive insights and decision-making.
- Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to partner effectively across diverse global teams and levels of leadership.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment, balancing strategic thinking with tactical execution.

$160,000—$170,000 USD
