About the Role
The Commissions Analyst executes accurate and timely commission calculations, performs data validations and reconciliations, delivers payee statements, and manages inquiries in line with SLAs. As part of a new team, this role helps build process documentation and contributes to continuous improvement.
Responsibilities
- Validate sales transactions, hierarchies/territories, quotas, and exception inputs for assigned groups
- Run calculations and reconcile outputs to source data, plan rules, and prior periods
- Prepare payee statements, research issues, and resolve tickets/disputes within SLA
- Maintain auditable documentation, checklists, and evidence artifacts
- Support UAT test cases and data readiness checks during plan/policy changes
- Identify process gaps and propose improvements to templates and checklists
Requirements
- 2-4 years in commissions, payroll operations, revenue operations, or similar.
- Proficient Excel; working SQL knowledge a plus; experience with a commissions platform (Xactly/Varicent/Spiff/CaptivateIQ/Anaplan).
- Strong customer service mindset and communication skills.
Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
Pay Details:
The base compensation range for this position is $73,950 - $110,055. This range reflects Acrisure's good faith estimate at the time of this posting. Placement within the range will be based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to skills, experience, qualifications, location, and internal equity.Candidates should be comfortable with an on-site presence to support collaboration, team leadership, and cross-functional partnership.
