The Compensation Analyst is a key member of the A Team, a high-performing analytics group known for bringing clarity to complex data through precision, speed, and problem-solving excellence. 

In this role, you will play a critical part in supporting commission and override compensation operations across a large, distributed sales network - ensuring payments are accurate, timely, and aligned with compensation plans.

What You’ll Do:

  • Assist with the calculation, validation, and reporting of sales commissions and override payments

  • Review and reconcile commission data to ensure accuracy and completeness

  • Investigate discrepancies in sales and commission reporting and help resolve issues

  • Use Excel extensively to organize, analyze, compare, and validate large datasets

  • Partner with Finance, Accounting, Operations, and Sales teams to clarify data and resolve payment questions

  • Support commission reporting, documentation, and process improvements

  • Additional responsibilities may be assigned as needed to support team and organizational priorities



What You’ll Bring

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, or a related field (or equivalent experience)

  • Strong attention to detail with a high degree of accuracy

  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills

  • Analytical mindset with the ability to identify inconsistencies and troubleshoot issues

  • Strong organizational and time management skills

  • Clear communication skills and a collaborative approach

  • Willingness to learn complex commission structures and processes
