PROPÓSITO Y ALCANCE DE LA PRÁCTICALa práctica en el área de ventas de la empresa busca personas interesadas en conocer el área comercial a través del involucramiento en las operaciones comerciales cotidianas, como planeación de actividades de ventas, análisis de territorios, análisis de data de ventas, proveer servicio administrativo como control de presupuestos y gastos, seguimiento a cuentas de gastos, entrenamientos, etc. Se busca reclutar un individuo con potencial de desarrollo en áreas comerciales (Ventas y Mk) y con interés en el desarrollo de habilidades como comunicación, trabajo cross-funcional, data analytics, optimización de procesos de ventas, etc. Adicional a lo anterior, se busca que cuente con altos niveles de recursividad, creatividad, y pensamiento fuera de la zona de confort.TAREAS CLAVE – FUNCIONES ESPECÍFICASAnálisis e integración de data de Ventas:·Seguimiento, integración y análisis de información de resultados de ventas Sell in – Sell out para generar reportes de fácil manejo para la fuerza de ventas·Análisis de reportes de productividad en ventas ·Optimización de los procesos de planeación de ventas, rutas de trabajo, geolocalización, etc·Seguimiento y análisis de reportes de Muestra medicaSoporte a la Comunicación del equipo de ventas·Administrar canales de comunicación con la fuerza de ventas (Yammer, Teams) para generar conversaciones de valor que generen un fortalecimiento a la cultura Team Lilly·Soporte a las reuniones de los equipos de ventas (DSMs) ·Planeación y soporte a las reuniones periódicas de operación de Ventas (roadmap de ventas).Soporte a procesos administrativos del área de ventas:·Creación de órdenes de compra por medio del sistema SAP.·Gestión de seguimiento de proceso de pago de speakers ·Soporte en la legalización de Cuentas de Gastos relacionadas a actividades de ventas.Lilly is dedicated to helping individuals with disabilities to actively engage in the workforce, ensuring equal opportunities when vying for positions.
