We are seeking a Salesforce Administrator to support and advance our Salesforce Sales Cloud implementation. This role partners with a cross-functional CRM team to deliver solutions that support our business objectives. The ideal candidate will bring a solid understanding of Sales business processes with the ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team culture.
This position is remote within the United States with up to 10% travel as needed.
What You Will Do
- Design, develop, test, and deploy Salesforce solutions and customizations, prioritizing native functionality such as flow automation, Lightning pages, and core Sales Cloud objects
- Administer integrated sales and marketing applications to support related functions such as sales forecasting, sales engagement, and partner success
- Use modern AI tools to create more efficient workflows for the Salesforce team and our users
- Monitor system performance and data integrity using reports, dashboards, and queries to proactively identify and resolve issues
- Partner with stakeholders across sales, marketing, and revenue operations to translate business requirements into scalable Salesforce solutions
- Troubleshoot data-related issues and support data migrations, including merges, deletes, updates, and inserts
- Create and maintain clear documentation of Salesforce solutions, configurations, and related business processes
- Share your learnings with other administrators, and contribute to the improvement of our agile development process
- 3+ years of professional experience administering Salesforce, including flows, validation rules, reports, dashboards, roles/profiles, and data loads
- Strong working knowledge of Salesforce platform architecture, capabilities, and platform constraints
- Specialized experience in one or more CRM-related functions (marketing, sales, finance, or revenue operations)
- Experience using AI productivity tools such as Microsoft Copilot or Claude with an interest in learning Agentforce and other emerging Salesforce AI capabilities
- Proficiency in SQL/SOQL for data querying and troubleshooting
- Experience working within Scrum or other Agile development frameworks
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders
- Sound judgment, analytical ability, and problem-solving skills with a demonstrated capacity to manage multiple priorities
- A collaborative mindset, with curiosity and motivation to keep scaling our team's skills and impact
- Salesforce Administrator or Developer certifications
- Hands-on experience with Agentforce and other Salesforce AI agent tooling
- Familiarity with iPaaS solutions such as MuleSoft or Tibco
- Working knowledge of Apex and/or LWC development and Git-based version control

The posted range for this position is $75,000 - $95,000, which is the expected starting salary range for an employee who is new to the role to fully proficient in the role. Many factors go into determining employee pay within the posted range including prior experience, current skills, location/labor market, internal equity, etc. This position is eligible for a bonus target not reflected in the range.
