Guardian Tax is seeking experienced Sales Closers who excel at building trust quickly, communicating confidently, and consistently closing deals. This is a high-performance, inbound sales role where clients are actively reaching out for tax relief solutions. No cold calling.
What You’ll Be Doing• Take inbound calls from individuals seeking tax relief solutions
• Run consultative, solution-focused sales conversations
• Identify client needs and present appropriate resolution options
• Handle objections and guide clients toward a confident decision
• Consistently close deals in a high-volume call environment
• 15% commission on every closed deal
• Daily, weekly, and monthly bonus opportunities
• Top performers earning $15K–$24K+ per month

Guardian Tax provides the structure, leads, and support systems needed for strong closers to maximize income and performance. This role is designed for individuals who want consistency, volume, and uncapped earning potential in a results-driven environment.
Schedule & Location• Full-time, in-office role — Irvine, CA
• Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
• One half-day Saturday per month
• 1–2+ years of phone-based sales experience required
• Strong communication skills with the ability to build trust quickly over the phone
• Confident handling objections and guiding conversations toward a close
• Competitive, performance-driven mindset with a strong desire to win
• Highly coachable with a willingness to learn and improve
