The successful candidate will be managing the relationship with a defined list of large Edward’s customers, providing clinical support during cases and focusing on growing the market share by identifying, developing and closing new sales opportunities within TMTT portfolio business unit. The role is field based in Sevilla, and travelling is required, since the region to cover will be Andalucía.
How you’ll make an impact:
Provide education on all aspects of one technology of the device, device handling, implantation and troubleshooting techniques related to equipment, tools and products required for device implants including full certification for independent case support.
Educate and train physicians, hospital personnel and hospital staff on all aspects of technical matters related to products and procedures including imaging through conducting and/or coordinating one-on-one ad hoc training sessions and in-service structured education programs on one technology.
Responsible for upselling in key strategic accounts working in conjunction with Business Managers.
Serves as main point of contact within own business unit for assigned customer base utilizing full understanding of hemodynamic monitoring and/or cardiovascular anatomy, pathology and physiology relevant to EW medical products as it relates to the business.
Builds and manages strong, long-lasting relationships with customers, referrers, surgeons and other influencers in assigned region to push Edwards positioning in the market utilizing creativity and influencing skills with new or existing customers on buying decisions using tact and diplomacy.
Develops and closes new business opportunities with existing customers and identifies areas of improvement to meet sales targets while developing and executing annual plans to achieve regional objectives.
What you’ll need (Required):
Bachelor's Degree in related field or equivalent Nursing certification OR Bachelor's Degree in related field plus 5 years’ experience of progressive sales experience required.
Training experience in clinical / technical environment is preferable.
Experience with Echocardiography is a big advantage.
Medical devices industry experience required.

Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Understands customer needs, feedback and objections and explains products to influence customer perception of value.
Utilizes creativity and influencing skills with new or existing customers on buying decisions using tact and diplomacy.
Proficiency in English, written and spoken.
