Join Maxis as a Sales & Channel Strategy Intern and gain hands-on exposure to retail operations, sales performance management, channel development, and device growth strategies. In this role, you will work closely with regional and sales teams to analyse business performance, support strategic initiatives, and contribute to projects that drive revenue growth and enhance customer experience across retail channels.
Key Responsibilities
Dealer & Retail Channel Performance Support: Assist in analysing dealer and retail channel performance, identifying growth opportunities, and working with regional teams to improve productivity, coverage, and overall business performance.
Frontline Sales Performance Analysis: Monitor frontline sales performance, identify operational challenges and sales barriers, and provide insights to improve customer experience, conversion rates, and sales effectiveness.
Sales Incentive Programme Support: Assist in the design, tracking, and evaluation of sales incentive programmes by analysing sales behaviours, performance trends, and motivation drivers to support continuous improvement.
Device Campaign & Promotion Analysis: Support handset and device campaigns by tracking sales performance, analysing market and customer trends, and identifying opportunities to increase device adoption and revenue.
Retail Compliance & Campaign Execution: Monitor retail execution standards, identify compliance gaps, support audit follow-ups, and assist in coordinating the rollout of campaigns and promotions to ensure consistent execution across all channels.
Preferred Skills/Qualifications
The intern will have the opportunity to contribute to a high-impact project during the iPhone launch period by supporting the development of a Device Sales Growth Strategy. This project will involve analysing sales performance, identifying growth opportunities, and recommending initiatives that can directly contribute to revenue growth and commercial success.

Education: Currently pursuing or holding a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, Data Analytics, Management, or related disciplines.
Analytical Skills: Strong analytical abilities with the capability to interpret data, identify trends, and generate actionable business insights.
Commercial Mindset: Curious and eager to understand customer behaviour, sales drivers, and factors that influence business performance.
Problem-Solving Skills: Structured thinker with the ability to identify challenges, evaluate options, and recommend practical solutions.
Communication & Collaboration: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
Attention to Detail: Ability to manage multiple tasks while maintaining accuracy and consistency in reporting and execution.
