Position Purpose
- The Sales Caller is responsible for reaching out to potential customers via phone to promote the delivery services offered by the platform, and for maintaining communication with existing customers to ensure they use the platform effectively.
Responsibilities
- Reach out to potential customers via phone to promote delivery services and the benefits offered by the platform, encouraging them to create "corporate" accounts.
- Contact previously engaged customers to provide information on platform usage and collect feedback.
- Meet designated call quotas to achieve sales targets and perform accordingly.
- Collect customer feedback and report it to the manager and relevant departments.
- Research potential industries for Lalamove and track regular data.
- Follow up with customers on assigned days and times.
- Schedule meetings with sales leaders for contacted customers.
- Promote Lalamove's features and introduce the company to potential clients.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Assc. degree.
- Preferably experience in sales or customer service.
- Strong communication skills and persuasion ability; effective especially over the phone
- Goal-oriented and results-driven work approach.
- Be proficient in working with MS Excel.
