As our Sales Business Partner – Central Italy, you’ll play a pivotal role in supporting and developing our travel agency network across the region. In this position, you will report directly to the Area Manager Central Italy, and you’ll be based in Emilia-Romagna, at the heart of the territory you will oversee.

You’ll manage a dedicated portfolio of travel agencies across Central Italy, becoming their strategic reference point and trusted partner.

How you’ll live your ambition:

As the Sales Business Partner – Central Italy, you’ll lead the commercial development of your assigned territory, becoming the primary point of reference for travel agencies. You’ll collaborate closely with internal teams such as Booking, Administration, and Customer Service to ensure seamless support throughout the booking process, while strengthening relationships and driving sales performance.

You’ll work hand in hand with the Area Manager Central Italy, providing insights, analysis, and strategic recommendations to support key business decisions and ensure the region’s growth.


Demonstrate your passion

  • You’ll develop sales in your assigned geographical area and ensure target achievement, delivering service excellence to travel agencies according to our Service Model and tracking activities through our CRM.
  • You’ll analyze portfolio performance and support the Area Manager in taking critical decisions, providing valuable market insights.
  • You’ll acquire in-depth knowledge of Costa’s product offering, understanding unique selling points to communicate value effectively and conduct impactful sales presentations.
  • You’ll identify opportunities to sell, upsell, and cross-sell, maximizing commercial results.
  • You’ll maintain ongoing communication with travel agencies, supporting them daily to ensure customer satisfaction, collect feedback, address issues, and provide operational assistance.
  • You’ll develop and implement local sales strategies, manage a co-marketing budget, plan and execute micro-marketing activities, and contribute to expanding the distribution network.

  • You’ll ensure consistency in the application of Costa’s commercial guidelines, adapting your approach to the specific needs of the Central Italy market.
  • You’ll monitor KPIs, prepare reporting materials, and manage sales workflows with clarity and agility.
  • You’ll act as the focal point for issue resolution, coordinating with internal departments to ensure smooth operations and timely responses.
  • You’ll navigate the complexities of a fast-paced environment, adapting quickly to market changes and supporting partners with professionalism and empathy.
  • You’ll demonstrate strong leadership through influence, guiding travel agency partners and collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.

What makes you unique:

  • You’ll bring not less than  3/5 years of experience in sales, preferably within the tourism industry, with a proven track record in managing a client portfolio and achieving sales targets.
  • Your fluency in Italian and English is essential, enabling you to excel in written and oral communication
  • You’ll be proactive, empathetic, and equipped with excellent problem-solving skills, supporting multiple departments with a collaborative mindset.
  • You’ll have strong relational skills, excellent presence, and the ability to act as a trusted focal point for travel agencies.
  • You’ll be analytical, flexible, and comfortable working under pressure, with strong motivation and a results-oriented approach.
  • You’ll hold a valid driver’s license and be available to travel within your assigned area.

Skills Required
