Sales & Business Administrator

About the Role:

• Managing shared mailboxes
• Maintaining efficient and streamlined admin processes
• Managing the end-to-end order process from quote to delivery and invoicing
• Using vendor portals to place orders, track updates, and obtain invoices
• Building and maintaining relationships with suppliers and distributors
• Ensuring SLAs and contract terms are met
• Keeping the sales team and customers updated on order progress
• Supporting the Team Leader with escalated queries
• Identifying and supporting improvements to sales admin processes
• Supporting the wider Sales & Business Admin Team / NOC as required

• Proven experience in a sales support or similiar business role
• Confident and proactive, with a positive approach to challenges
• Strong organisational skills and ability to manage priorities
• Commercial awareness with a customer-focused approach
• Results-driven with a focus on continuous improvement
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Good time management and responsiveness
• Process-driven with strong problem-solving skills
• Good understanding of business priorities and goals
• Adaptable and willing to support others when needed
