  Responsibilities
  • Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve dealership goals
  • Recruit, train, coach, and develop high-performing Sales Consultants
  • Work directly with customers to build relationships and enhance the buying experience
  • Assist Sales Consultants with negotiations and closing deals
  • Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to improve productivity
  • Conduct regular sales meetings and ongoing training sessions
  • Build and maintain a strong customer referral network
  • Ensure exceptional customer satisfaction throughout the sales process
  • Collaborate with Finance and other dealership departments to maximize results
  • Maintain dealership standards and uphold company values
  Qualifications
  • Previous automotive dealership management experience required
  • Proven record of achieving sales and profitability goals
  • Strong leadership, coaching, and team-building abilities
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Customer-focused with a passion for delivering outstanding service
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment
  • Professional appearance and positive attitude
  • Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record
  • Must be able to pass a pre-employment background check and drug screening
