Lead and coach the dealership sales team to meet sales and profitability goals. Recruit, train, and mentor Sales Consultants, assist with negotiations and closings, run sales meetings and training, build customer referral networks, collaborate with Finance and other departments, and maintain dealership standards to ensure exceptional customer satisfaction.

Manage vehicle financing and lender relationships, present finance and protection products, ensure regulatory compliance, finalize and audit contracts, monitor funding, and train sales staff to maximize dealership profitability and customer satisfaction.

Lead all pre-owned vehicle operations including inventory acquisition, pricing, merchandising, deal structuring, and finance desk work. Recruit, train, and coach sales staff to meet monthly sales and gross profit goals, collaborate with Finance/Service/Marketing, manage aging inventory, and ensure customer satisfaction and policy compliance.
