Responsibilities:
- Assist in sales activities to meet and exceed dealership targets.
- Support the Finance & Insurance (F&I) manager with contract processing and customer financing needs.
- Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales and finance process.
- Build rapport with customers, ensuring satisfaction and encouraging repeat business.
- Maintain knowledge of dealership products, services, and promotions.
- Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local laws and policies related to automotive sales and financing.
- Assist with paperwork and documentation to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
- Collaborate with sales and finance teams to streamline operations and enhance customer experience.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Prior experience in automotive sales and/or finance preferred.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent customer service orientation.
- Proficient with computers and dealership software systems.
- Professional attitude with a strong work ethic.
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
