Education:
- Associates degree in relevant field of study or equivalent years of related work experience.
Work Experiences:
- Minimum of two years work experience, Retail or related work experience is a plus.
Skills:
- Experience utilizing ERP accounting systems, specifically PeopleSoft and Oracle, a plus.
- Proficient use of Microsoft Office programs, including Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
- Strong technical aptitude: ability to quickly learn and operate new systems efficiently.

Responsibilities:
- Assist in Auditing individual Store Sales in the Oracle Retail Sales Audit Module (ReSa).
- Respond to Playbook tickets and Store emails to resolve transactional or funding errors in a timely manner and address customer facing inquires.
- Analyze, research, and resolve transaction discrepancies and exceptions.
- Utilize external merchant services platforms to research and process funding.
- Review and dispute chargebacks for card brands and private label tenders.
- Monitor and Review Chargeback submissions for timely completion.
- Required to learn company policies.
- Maintain confidentiality of Academy’s financial information.
