Education:

  • Associates degree in relevant field of study or equivalent years of related work experience.

Work Experiences:

  • Minimum of two years work experience, Retail or related work experience is a plus.

Skills:

  • Experience utilizing ERP accounting systems, specifically PeopleSoft and Oracle, a plus.
  • Proficient use of Microsoft Office programs, including Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Strong technical aptitude: ability to quickly learn and operate new systems efficiently.
  • Ability to cultivate and maintain positive working relationships with business teams.
  • Ability to work well under pressure while consistently meeting time sensitive deadlines.
  • Detail oriented, with the ability to thoroughly research and analyze data.
  • Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to listen effectively and follow direction.
  • Highly organized, self-starter, and capable of working efficiently with minimum supervision.
  • Acceptable level of hearing and vision to perform job duties.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in Auditing individual Store Sales in the Oracle Retail Sales Audit Module (ReSa).
  • Respond to Playbook tickets and Store emails to resolve transactional or funding errors in a timely manner and address customer facing inquires.
  • Analyze, research, and resolve transaction discrepancies and exceptions.
  • Utilize external merchant services platforms to research and process funding.
  • Review and dispute chargebacks for card brands and private label tenders.
  • Monitor and Review Chargeback submissions for timely completion.
  • Required to learn company policies.
  • Maintain confidentiality of Academy’s financial information.
  • Duties may change. Associates may be required to perform other duties as assigned.
