Job Title: Sales Audit Associate
Location: Manno
Division: Finance
Reporting to: Supervisor, Sales Audit and Accounts Receivable
Department overview:
The Sales Audit team is part of the Finance Division within Michael Kors and responsible for the review and reconciliation of the sales activity for retail, e-commerce and concession locations as well as supporting strategic business enhancements.

You are energetic, reliable, self-motivated with an analytical and hands-on mindset. You thrive in a rapidly changing environment and are capable of multi-tasking and prioritizing in a demanding environment.
What You’ll Do:
Major responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Reconcile bank accounts, sales and reporting
- Retail/ECOM sales accounting bookings and reconciliations
- Tax audits and inspections
- Fraud, loss and prevention checks
- Bank accounts statements processing and reconciliation
- Review and respond to chargeback notifications
- Manage, monitor and archive the stores’ fiscal documentation
- Provide turnover declarations to landlords and support in case of audits
- Support the period-end closure process and related bookings
- Ad-hoc projects support
.You’ll Need to Have:
- Good knowledge of English (both written and spoken).
- Business school or Bachelor’s degree
- Minimum of 1 year experience in a finance department
- Good knowledge of Excel
- Knowledge of Trintech Reconnet, Aptos or Qlik are a plus
- Good knowledge of SAP (S/4HANA) is a plus
