Richmond Place Senior Living is seeking a hospitality-driven Sales Counselor to help seniors and families find the right community while driving occupancy and move-ins.
- Respond to inquiries and build strong relationships with prospects
- Conduct personalized tours and ask for the move-in
- Manage leads using CRM and follow the LCS ExSell sales process
- Follow up consistently to convert leads to residents
- Support events, outreach, and referral generation
- Partner with the Director of Sales & Marketing to meet census goals
- 2+ years of sales or marketing experience
- Senior living, healthcare, or hospitality experience preferred
- Strong communication and closing skills
- Compassionate, customer-focused approach
