We’re looking for a highly organised and proactive Sales Associate to support our regional sales team in Gippsland. This is a unique role working closely with our top-performing Sales Consultants across 3 display homes in Traralgon, Warragul and Drouin.

About the Role

As a Sales Associate/Cadet, you will support the sales team and play a key role in delivering an exceptional client experience. You will assist with client enquiries from all three displays, provide administrative support, and assist with the early stages of the sales process, gaining valuable exposure to custom home design, estimating, and contracts.

Key responsibilities include:

  1. Supporting Sales Consultants with client enquiries and follow‑ups

  2. Coordinating client appointments and helping to maintain CRM records

  3. Liaising with internal teams

  4. Providing professional and timely communication to prospective clients

  5. Assisting with display homes, events, and client presentations as required

About You

You are organised, client‑focused, and eager to learn, with a genuine interest in luxury homes and construction.

You will bring:

  1. Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  2. High attention to detail and excellent time management

  3. A proactive and positive attitude

  4. Ability to work well in a team environment

  5. Previous experience in sales, administration, real estate, or construction (preferred but not essential)

  6. Desire to grow into a Sales Consultant role over time

  6. Must have a Driver’s licence and a reliable vehicle

  1. $60,000 + Super

  2. Full-time role, 5days per week (some weekends required)
