Drive Sales & Deliver Results
- Contribute to store sales goals by selling furniture, accessories, and services.
- Consistently execute the company selling process to deliver a positive and efficient customer experience.
- Utilize strong selling skills including:

- Helping place merchandise on the showroom floor
- Moving furniture to the backroom for customer pickup

- Wrap and prepare furniture for customer take-with purchases.
- Accurately complete order information, collect deposits, and maintain customer records.
- Maintain knowledge of company processes, systems, and standards.
- Support opening and closing procedures as assigned.

What You Can Expect:
- Training Pay: $15 per hour for 2-6 weeks (no commission)
- Average Annual Earning Potential After Training: $40,000 - $70,000 (inclusive of base and commission)
- Total Compensation Range: $22,880 - $80,000+ (will not pay less than state/local minimum wage requirements)
Post-Training Pay:
- Base Pay: $11/ hour (varies by store location)
- Commission: UNCAPPED commissions on written sales
- 1 - 5% in commissions on monthly sales based on sales achievement vs goal – commission % increases as performance to goal increases.
Individual pay is based on various factors, including geographic location, personal performance and relevant qualifications, experience, and skills. By providing our salary ranges and total compensation range details, we aim to foster understanding and confidence in our pay practices. Should the base rate plus the commissions earned during a performance period not be at or greater than location minimum wage requirements for the period, the company will make a minimum wage adjustment for the employee to be compliant with minimum wage for the location.
