Position summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving the sales and distribution of AllianceBernstein Mutual Funds and maintaining the appearance of the sales floor.
Key responsibilities:
• Prospect for new business and provide sales leads to increase total assets of the Firm.
• Occasional travel to territory
• Develop and nurture existing client relationships.
• Present AllianceBernstein Funds product line in an intelligent manner.
• Ensure expedient and accurate resolution of all incoming inquires by the distributors.
• Ensure follow-through and continue communication between AllianceBernstein and the investment community.
• Provide post-sales support using fund updates, manager commentaries, charts, etc.
• Provide continual feedback to management on market conditions, distributor and product requests, competitor information and operational or other issues.
• Interface between various departments such as Product Development, Legal & Compliance, Operations on issues as they relate to these departments.
Qualifications:
• Must be a team player and work well corresponding with Country Manager.
• Must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills and have a good eye for detail.
• Ability to handle a wide range of questions and small projects.
• Must be professional, courteous, and flexible at all times.
• Should have personal computer skills.
• Bilingual in English and Mandarin is required.
• A minimum of 8 years’ experiences in the financial industry is required, with experiences in a fund house is a plus.
