The Role
Position Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and positive Sales Associate to join our team. This role is ideal for individuals who are consistent in their approach, and eager to contribute to a dynamic sales environment. No prior sales experience or bachelor’s degree is required—just a willingness to learn and a great attitude!
Key Responsibilities:
  • Promote and sell insurance products such as auto, home, renters, life, and health insurance.
  • Identify potential customers and generate leads through various methods including referrals, marketing, and networking.
  • Provide excellent customer service by understanding clients' needs and recommending appropriate insurance products.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
  • Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns or questions.
  • Educate clients on coverage options, benefits, and limitations of insurance products.
  • Prepare and process insurance applications and related paperwork.
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales, and transactions.
  • Comply with company policies and insurance regulations.
  • Work closely with the insurance agent and other team members to meet sales goals.
  • Participate in training sessions to stay updated on new products, sales techniques, and industry trends.
  • Assist in organizing and participating in community events and marketing activities to promote services.
  • Develop and implement local marketing strategies to increase brand awareness.
Qualifications:
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish
  • Positive attitude and strong interpersonal skills
  • Reliable and consistent work ethic
  • Ability to learn quickly and adapt to changing environments
