As a Lovesac Outlet Sales Associate, you are energized by connecting with customers, creating excitement around outlet opportunities, and helping customers find the right solutions for their home and lifestyle. What You’ll Do:
Sales & Customer Experience
- Deliver a seamless customer journey from discovery to pickup by providing exceptional service, building meaningful customer connections, driving conversion, and creating urgency around outlet opportunities while maximizing sales across both on-hand and order-based assortment.
- Demonstrate strong product knowledge while creating a fun, engaging experience—delivering compelling brand tours, meaningful education, and confidently closing sales.
- Greet clients with energy and optimism, actively selling while executing the Lovesac selling process, maintaining a quote pipeline, and consistently following up to drive conversion.
- Build lasting customer relationships that extend beyond a single purchase, welcoming every customer into the #LovesacFamily and creating opportunities for continued engagement, repeat business, and enthusiastic brand advocacy.
- Take ownership of your performance, operating with confidence, strong decision-making, and disciplined execution to consistently meet and exceed sales goals and KPIs.

Operational Excellence
- Support day-to-day store operations by supporting with merchandising, inventory flow, fulfillment, shipments, and technology to deliver exceptional customer experiences and strong business results.
- Help bring the Lovesac brand to life through visual merchandising, signage, and in-store presentation, ensuring customers can easily shop changing assortments and outlet-specific opportunities.
- Deliver on brand standards, safety, and policies in a way that feels approachable and customer-first, while contributing to a positive team environment and protecting the business.
- Staying curious and flexible, you will take on additional priorities and special projects to keep the store, team, and brand continuing to grow.
Requirements:
- 18 years of age or older.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a retail or customer service role.
- Must regularly work during high-traffic and peak selling periods, including weekends, holidays, and nights, to ensure you capitalize on demand, outperform goals, and maximize your earnings.
- Able to effectively utilize technology for sales and customer support including demonstrating products, assisting customers and utilizing internal CRM systems to enhance customer experience and drive future outreach.
- Must be able to travel, as required by the Company in its sole discretion, to local stores, third-party vendors and for occasional meetings using various forms of transportation.
- Demonstrate excellent judgment, integrity, and trustworthiness in managing financial transactions, handling sensitive business and customer data, customer privacy and ensuring the comfort and safety of persons and property. Effective communication skills and ability to manage conflict in a reasonable, nonconfrontational manner.
- Must be able to safely load, unload, stage, move, and assemble furniture products.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods, up to 8 hours per shift. Must be able to move objects (including medium to large furniture items up to 100 pounds) from a lower to a higher position or horizontally from position-to-position and be able to assemble furniture while working on the selling floor. This position regularly requires the following actions: bending, twisting, kneeling, reaching, stooping, crawling, and climbing.

Associates will be eligible to receive up to 26 hours of paid time off within our fiscal calendar year. They will be paid 1 1/2 times their regular rate for any hours worked over 40 hours in a work week. In certain jurisdictions, part-time sales Associates may be eligible for paid sick and safe leave. In addition, they will be paid 1 1/2 times their regular rate for any hours worked on these holidays. Eligibility and terms for all benefits listed are as outlined in Lovesac’s policy and plan documents.
Associate pay will vary based on factors such as location, qualifications, experience, skill level and competencies.
