Qualifications

What You'll Do

  • Build lasting relationships with customers and provide outstanding service.
  • Greet customers and help identify the vehicle that best fits their needs and lifestyle.
  • Present and demonstrate vehicle features, options, accessories, and protection products.
  • Conduct vehicle test drives while following all safety and dealership guidelines.
  • Explain pricing, financing options, and vehicle value clearly and professionally.
  • Complete sales paperwork accurately and efficiently.
  • Follow up with customers after the sale to ensure satisfaction and encourage referrals.
  • Generate new business through prospecting, networking, and customer referrals.
  • Participate in ongoing training to stay current on products, technology, and industry trends.
  • Attend team meetings and contribute to a positive dealership culture.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Customer service experience required.
  • Previous sales experience is a plus (automotive sales experience preferred).
