Qualifications
Primary duties will conist of, but not limited to:

Formulates and maintains quality control objectives and coordinates these objectives with other managers.

Conducts periodic spot checks of completed jobs for thoroughness and quality.

Meets with management to determine if any recurring problems need to be addressed.

Performs maintenance on the car wash equipment and preventable maintenance on the wash.

Assists with photography and lot duties.
-
Maintain badge placement.
-
Ensure proper stickers are displayed in the vehicles’ window.

Establish and monitor methods of tracking productivity, efficiency, and work quality.

Assure harmony and teamwork with all other departments
-
Work with management to ensure a timely and accurate turnaround of all vehicles.

Order, stock and track any items needed for car wash/detail.
-
Monitor, inspect, track, and prepare paperwork, as required, for the car wash/detail department.

Report any safety issues immediately to management.

Check with the manager when all duties are complete to help with other aspects of the dealership.

Understands and follows all applicable federal, state, and local regulations on hazardous waste and OSHA Right to Know.

See that window stickers and FTC Warranty Disclosure stickers are in all used vehicles.

Verify as needed serial numbers of incoming cars against invoice/delivery receipt.

Manage and monitor schedule for Carwash, Detail and Lot employees.

Assist with getting the employees to complete their monthly training

Coach employees, as necessary.

Report any accidents or safety issues immediately to management.
Education and/or Experience:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Experience with supervising employees for 2 years
- Excellent computer skills
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Current, valid Drivers License with a driving record that meets insurance company standards
- Willing to submit and the ability to pass a pre-employment background check and drug screen
- Ability to multi-task using multiple computer programs and software simultaneouslyExcellent communications skills, both verbal and written
- Good working relations with customers by providing courteous, efficient and professional service
- Detail-oriented, professional appearance and strong work ethic
- Ability to work in a fast-paced work environment
- Must be able to work flexible hours
