We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales Associate to join our growing team. This role is ideal for a recent graduate or early-career professional with 0–2 years of experience who is passionate about sales and eager to make an impact in the fast-evolving Edtech industry. The Sales Associate will be responsible for driving client acquisition through proactive outreach, effective communication, and relationship-building. Responsibilities:
  • Conduct outbound and inbound sales calls to prospective clients, effectively communicating product value and benefits
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through consistent, professional, and consultative communication
  • Negotiate terms and close sales deals independently, meeting or exceeding monthly sales targets
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the Edtech space and related markets
  • Utilize CRM tools to track leads, manage pipelines, and report on sales performance
  • Work autonomously with minimal supervision while maintaining high levels of accountability and productivity
  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to provide client feedback and support product adoption.


Skills Required

  • 0-2 years of sales or related experience
  • Experience conducting outbound and inbound sales calls
  • Proven ability to negotiate and close deals
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and pipeline management
  • Strong interpersonal and consultative communication skills
  • Self-driven, able to work autonomously with minimal supervision
