  • Assist customers in selecting the right vehicle for their needs
  • Demonstrate and explain Volkswagen technology and features
  • Build relationships with customers and create lifelong clients
  • Follow up with internet leads and showroom traffic
  • Conduct test drives and vehicle presentations
  • Work closely with sales managers and finance to deliver a great experience
  • Become a Volkswagen product expert
