You’ll represent Brightspeed in a store-within-a-store retail setting, engaging customers, showcasing high-speed fiber internet solutions, and driving sales. You’ll also offer DirecTV services, giving customers access to premium television entertainment alongside ultra-fast internet. Retail Sales Associate Responsibilities

As a Retail Sales Associate, you will work inside a high-traffic retail partner location representing Brightspeed products and services. This is an inside retail sales role focused on customer engagement, product education, and closing sales.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage customers and promote Brightspeed Fiber and DirecTV products and services in a high-traffic retail location
  • Execute sales strategies to attract new customers and grow market share
  • Educate customers on the benefits of high-speed fiber internet and premium TV packages
  • Deliver personalized service while building trust and long-term relationships
  • Maintain compliance and uphold both the retailer’s and partner brands’ standards
  • Consistently meet or exceed sales goals
Retail Sales Associate Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or GED (Required)
  • 1+ year of retail sales, customer service, or face-to-face sales experience (Preferred)
  • At least 18 years old and legally authorized to work in the U.S.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Comfortable working in a high-traffic retail sales environment
  • Ability to perform essential job functions, including standing and walking for the duration of an 8+ hour shift
  • Goal-oriented with a strong drive to meet and exceed sales targets
  • Basic technology proficiency (POS systems, mobile devices, tablets)
  • Flexible schedule availability, including weekends as needed
