🎯 Sales Generation & Conversion: Proactively engage with customers to determine their needs, answer questions about our products, recommend the right solutions, and confidently close sales to meet or exceed individual and store targets.

🤝 Customer Experience & Retention: Deliver excellent customer service by greeting shoppers warmly, building productive trust relationships, promptly resolving customer complaints, and ensuring maximum client satisfaction to turn one-time visitors into loyal customers.

💡 Product Expertise: Stay thoroughly up-to-date with all product features, specifications, and materials used in order to provide accurate guidance and professional recommendations to clients.

🛍️ Merchandising & Store Standards: Maintain the store’s visual appearance to exceptionally high standards. Ensure shelves are fully stocked, displays are neat, and the retail environment is welcoming and pristine.

📊 Inventory Control & Compliance: Actively monitor stock levels on the sales floor to assist in maintaining 100% inventory accuracy. Strictly adhere to internal company procedures, safety guidelines, and retail policies.

🎓 Qualifications

🎓 Education: High School Diploma or Equivalent required; an Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree is a welcome advantage.

💼 Experience: Prior experience in retail sales, customer service, or a fast-paced hospitality role is highly preferred but not required for quick learners with the right attitude.

🛠️ Technical Skills: Basic computer literacy, familiarity with Point of Sale (POS) systems, and basic mathematical skills for handling transactions and calculating discounts.
