New York, NYThe Sales Associate for the Fashion, Luxury, Beauty and CPG categories will provide essential support to the sales team, contributing to the seamless execution of campaigns and client relationships.

Responsibilities:
Administrative Support: Manage calendars, travel arrangements, phone coverage, expense reports, and restaurant reservations.
Campaign Management: Handle RFPs, insertion orders, editorial credits, and client communication. Prepare competitive reports and track campaign deliverables.
Client Preparation: Support the preparation of presentations, brainstorms, and client meetings with polished materials.
Business Development: Identify and research potential clients. Build a targeted prospect list, conduct outreach, and facilitate introductions for sales leads.
Digital Sales Process: Learn the intricacies of integrated ad sales, audience insights, and digital-first sales strategies.
Tools & Systems: Utilize Microsoft Office, G-Suite, and proprietary sales platforms to streamline workflows and deliverables.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree and relevant work experience.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Google Workspace tools (e.g., Google Slides).
Prior experience or internships in media, tech, or a related field preferred.

The expected base salary range for this position is from $59,000 - $67,000 (overtime eligible). Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including but not limited to relevant skills, training, experience, and education.
