What will you do in this job?

  • Keep the store tidy to include cleaning as assigned and making sure product is in place for shoppers (recovery)
  • Ring customer sales on a POS terminal

  • Work as a team to have a clean, fresh, full store with focus on high quality customer service

Compensation and Benefits for Part-Time Work (less than 30 hours per week)

Starting Rate: $17.25, with eligibility for annual performance-based increases. Maximum pay is $20.01, achievable through sustained good performance and years of service.

  • • Paid Vacation and Sick Leave: Accrued based on hours worked.
  • • Paid Time Off (PTO): 4 hours available for use immediately upon hire.
  • • Additional Longevity PTO: Earned on the anniversary date of hire, based on full- or part-time status.
  • • On-Demand Payment: Access to earned wages before payday.
  • • Access to Financial Assistance: Part-time employees who have completed their introductory period and received a positive performance review are eligible for Tier 1 of the Financial Assistance Program, which supports adult basic education, including language learning, GED preparation, high school diploma completion, and improvement in reading, writing, and math skills.
  • Retirement Savings Plan: Eligible to participate in a 401(k) or Roth IRA upon turning 18, with enrollment eligibility after one year of service and 1,000 hours worked in the first year (or 500-1,000 hours each year for two consecutive years). Enrollment entry dates are January 1st or July 1st.

Work Schedule

Days and hours are dependent on business needs. Please be aware that the needs of our business include evening and weekend work.
