The role builds employer and community partnerships, collaborates with disability services teams, and supports clients at job sites, including occasional work outside traditional business hours.

Provide customer service in a thrift store by operating the POS terminal, helping shoppers locate merchandise, stocking and recovering the sales floor, answering phones, cleaning, and maintaining a full, organized store. The role requires meeting speed and accuracy goals, working independently and collaboratively, and being available for evening and weekend shifts in a fast-paced warehouse/thrift environment.

Support individuals facing housing and employment barriers through assessments, personalized service plans, job coaching, housing applications, landlord advocacy, independent living skills, and community resource coordination. Maintain accurate progress records, protect confidential information, meet funding requirements, collaborate with providers and employers, and safely travel to client and job-site locations as needed.
