- Operates cash register accurately and efficiently.
- Resolves problems that arise with customers, physical plant or equipment and seeks an appropriate resolution.
- Maintains a clean, safe environment for staff and visitors.
- Answers phone calls, resolves questions, gives directions, and offers appropriate suggestions.
- Makes priority setting decisions, performs stock replenishment, maintains storage and merchandise presentation.

Skills:
