Description
This position provides support for our Sales Management Team and is critical for the smooth operation of our dealership's sales department. The main responsibilities are to provide high levels of Guest Service and communication and to complete administrative duties/tasks for our sales department.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Greeting Guests, answering their questions, and ensuring a positive Guest experience.
- Resolving and addressing Guest issues in the moment, ensuring high Guest satisfaction.
- Accurately complete and process administrative tasks and assigned sales paperwork.
- Maintain and update Guest information in the dealership's database or Guest Relationship Management system.
- Assist with showroom activity, display setup, cleanliness, and maintenance.
- Assist with inventory management, such as checking in vehicles and keeping records.
- Various administrative duties as assigned by Sales Management.
- Assist with lot duties, such as moving vehicles and snow removal.
- This is a physically active position in a fast-paced environment.
The starting hourly pay rate range for this position is $16.00 – $18.00+ and will be evaluated based upon relevant skills, training, experience, education, and other job-related factors permitted by law.
