Requirements


  • Customer Interaction:
    • Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner. 
    • Answer customer questions about vehicles, financing, and the sales process. 
    • Help customers find the right vehicle by understanding their needs and preferences. 
    • Prepare vehicles for test drives and ensure they are clean and presentable. 
  • Sales Support:
    • Assist sales representatives with managing customer inquiries and follow-ups. 
    • Process paperwork, including sales orders, contracts, and financing applications. 
    • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales data. 
    • Coordinate with other departments (e.g., finance, service) to ensure a smooth customer experience. 
  • General Office Tasks:
    • Answer phones and manage customer inquiries. 
    • Maintain a clean and organized showroom and office. 
    • Manage inventory and track vehicle availability. 
    • Prepare reports and documents as needed. 
  • Other Duties:
    • Assist with special events and promotions. 
    • Follow up with customers after their purchase to ensure satisfaction. 
    • Maintain a positive and professional attitude. 

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential for interacting with customers and colleagues. 
  • Customer Service Skills: A strong customer service orientation is crucial for building rapport and resolving customer issues. 
  • Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively. 
  • Computer Skills: Proficiency in using CRM software and other dealership systems. 
  • Product Knowledge: A good understanding of vehicles, financing options, and dealership policies is helpful. 
  • Teamwork: Ability to work collaboratively with sales representatives and other team members. 
  • High School Diploma or Equivalent: 
  • Previous experience in a similar role is preferred
