We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Sales Assistant to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will support the sales department by managing administrative tasks, preparing sales materials, and maintaining strong client relationships. You will play a vital role in helping the team meet and exceed revenue goals.

Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to the sales team and management

  • Prepare and manage sales documentation, reports, and presentations

  • Assist with scheduling client meetings, calls, and follow-ups

  • Maintain and update the customer database with accurate information

  • Respond to client inquiries and resolve minor issues in a timely manner

  • Monitor sales performance metrics and track team progress

  • Support in preparing sales proposals and contracts

  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth client onboarding

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred

  • 1–2 years of experience in a sales support or administrative role

  • Strong organizational and time-management skills

  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment

  • Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills
