Sales Assistant

We are a fast-growing company seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Sales Assistant to join our expanding team. In this role, you’ll collaborate closely with the local sales team to manage sales orders, support client relationships, and help drive regional growth. Responsibilities:

• Sales Support: Assist the sales team in achieving monthly targets by handling administrative tasks and supporting deal closures.
• Order Management: Track and follow up on sales orders and shipments to ensure timely delivery.
• Client Communication: Respond to client inquiries and resolve concerns promptly and professionally.
• Documentation & Applications: Prepare applications, contracts, and documentation to support the sales process.
• Cross-Department Collaboration: Work with internal teams to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction.
• Process Improvement: Contribute to optimizing sales processes and identifying areas for improvement.
• Product Knowledge: Stay updated on the company’s products and services to provide accurate information to clients.
• General Support: Perform other duties as assigned to support the sales team.

Qualifications:

• Sales & Service Experience: Familiarity with sales principles and customer service practices.
• Startup Experience: Prior experience in a startup environment is a plus.
• Communication Skills: Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
• Personality: Friendly, confident, and engaging with a customer-first attitude.
• Administrative Skills: Basic organizational and administrative abilities.
• Industry Knowledge: Experience in software, restaurant equipment sales, or credit card processing is a plus.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in business, sales, or a related field is a bonus.
