Clear Channel Outdoor
Job Summary:
Partner with Account Executives and oversee all internal processes associated with account management and campaign activation.
Job Responsibilities:
- Support Account Executives with CRM, Sales Force administration with items such as account set up, hold management and preparing reports
- Aid in proposal, RFP generation, modification and output utilizing Proposal+
- Assist Marketing and Sales Leadership in research & reporting for Account Executive client prospecting
- Prepare campaign documents including but not limited to space and production contracts, posting instructions for both printed and digital creative assignments, commission coversheets, billing action forms, etc.
- Review billing and accounts payable issues in collaboration with Finance Team and the Account Executive
- Generates reports such as, weekly sales report, ad hoc reports and renewal reports
- Assist Account Executives with internal requests for Marketing Research, Creative and Mapping
- Field inbound sales calls and supply Sales Manager with call back information.
- Coordinate and interact with other departs including Real Estate, operations, charting and marketing.
- Back up resources to administrative functions in Finance, Charting and/or Operations
- Support Sales Leadership with team communication
- Other duties as assigned
Job Qualifications:
Education and Certifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education, training, experience, or military experience.
Work Experience
- Minimum two (2) years supporting a sales function or related work experience.
- 2-3 years of experience supporting sales preferred.
Skills
- Able to deal with problems quickly, multi-task, and prioritize work.
- Strong organizational / time management skills and be detail oriented.
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong analytical capabilities and interest in advertising, marketing and sales.
- Competent in Microsoft software applications (i.e., Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.).
- Willing to learn internal programs and systems to the level of fluency.

Physical Demands
The demands described below are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job:
- Employee must have the ability to sit and/or stand at a desk for a minimum of 8 hours a day and complete tasks requiring repetitive use of hands
- Employee must have the ability to see written documents, computer screens and to adjust focus
- This job is performed in a temperature-controlled office environment
Other Requirements
- Testing in Microsoft Word and Excel is required
- Ability to work from home/remote if necessary due to COVID-19 office protocols. Must have sufficient Wi-Fi connectivity in home/apartment to accommodate Zoom meetings with clients and AE's.
New York City Salary Range: $44,000 to $46,000
