WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING?

• The Sales Assistant provides administrative and operational support for Velocity’s sales force

Area(s) of Responsibility

• Coordinate inbound and outbound order process
• Coordinate Nonconforming Material process

Essential Functions

• Enter, modify, and maintain requirements and order information in Velocity’s ERP
• Review customer purchase order terms and requirements, and ensure they are communicated to relevant teams
• Coordinate with purchasing team on behalf of salesperson at times
• Coordinate with Inspection and Distribution Center to resolve order issues and ensure orders are shipped on time
• Manage the Storage Inventory Report and Nonconforming Material (NCM) Disposition Report for sales department

Preferred skills & experience

• Diploma and above
• No experience required

• Working hours: Mon - Friday, 8.30am - 5.30pm
• Occasional OT required
