Sales Assistant (Part time 30 hours) - Lowestoft - Plumb Centre

As a Sales Assistant based in Lowestoft you’ll be responsible for:

• Serving customers on the trade counter by understanding their specific needs and providing advice and product recommendations

• Responding to customer enquiries via phone & email promptly and courteously, with a proactive attitude

• Making outbound phone calls to previous customers to regain their business

• Actively identifying and pursuing opportunities to drive sales within the branch, engaging both new and existing customers

• General administration duties, filing, cash handling and banking

This is a part time permanent role working 30 hours per week, Monday to Friday 09:00 to 15.00pm. There is a potential to work Saturday 8:00am to 12:00pm as overtime.
