Northtown Hyundai is currently looking for a Sales Assistant to help with one our top Sales Associates in their day to day interactions with their customers.
Occupational Summary:
- Responsible for becoming familiar with, and participating in, Northtown’s sales processes to help create an extraordinary customer experience for your assigned Sales Consultant. Assist in tasks pertaining to sales, delivery, and service needs in a timely and organized manner to ensure each customer has that extraordinary customer service experience.
Essential Job Functions:
- Learn features and functions of each vehicle as well as benefits of different makes and models.
- Assisting each customer to determine best vehicle options based on needs and wants
- Present new vehicles to customers with focus on the interior and technology features, as well as providing demonstrations of those features.
- Learning, understanding and executing the vehicle delivery process (including paperwork)
- Creating a relationship and gaining trust of customers
- Ability to easily distinguish Northtown vs. competitors and what sets us apart from others
- Remove snow from vehicles and shovel as necessary
- Tracking/reporting daily, weekly, and monthly activities
Physical Requirements:
- Job requires the following physical activities: Will stand and move throughout the dealership facility for most of the shift. Will spend time outdoors and indoors. Will require lifting up to 25 lbs. At times, will be exposed to noise, vibration, dust, exhaust fumes and other potentially hazardous and non-hazardous materials. Specific Evening, holiday and weekend work hours will be required.
Qualifications:
- Valid in-state driver’s license.
- Previous customer service experience preferred, but not required
- Ability to read and comprehend instructions, both verbal and written.
- Ability to operate smart phone, tablet and/or PC.
