WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING?- The Sales Assistant provides administrative and operational support for Velocity’s sales force
- Coordinate inbound and outbound order process
- Coordinate Nonconforming Material process
Enter, modify, and maintain requirements and order information in Velocity’s ERP
• Coordinate with purchasing team on behalf of salesperson at times
• Coordinate with Inspection and Distribution Center to resolve order issues and ensure orders are shipped on time
• Process sales and purchase orders and manage open order report
• Data entry, BP entry and uploading lists
• Order changes and problem resolution
• Create service orders and request service and testing quotes
• Create RMA’s and link orders
• Stock allocations, lot assignments and product records
Preferred skills & experience
- 1+ years of office administration, customer service, or sales support experience.
- Experience working with ERP systems and proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Intermediate to advanced English proficiency.

- Candidates must be willing to work assigned shift schedules to support sales operations across APAC and EMEA. Typical working hours will be either:
- 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM IST, or
- 10:30 AM to 7:30 PM IST
Skills Required
- 1+ years of office administration, customer service, or sales support experience
- Experience working with ERP systems
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities
- Intermediate to advanced English proficiency
- Willingness to work assigned shift schedules to support sales operations across APAC and EMEA (typical shifts 8:30-17:30 IST or 10:30-19:30 IST)
- Work onsite at MG Road, Bengaluru (Central Business District)
